We are also a Veteran owned and operated business.
While we work hard to try and provide you with a good product, "Us and the Parts" we sell, we do admit it is difficult at times to satisfy all the "demands" of customers.
We know you like to shop your local home town shops. That is us and we are glad you are here!

I actually preferred your process because a real person considered my request and made a recommendation. I found your shop just by searching for the repair manual. I couldn't find it anywhere in Australia (though I didn't call any shops) so felt it would be easier, and probably cheaper to have it sent from the US.
The fact you're in a small town in Arkansas doesn't matter when the service is at least as good as ordering from my nearest town
and knowing you're working in a real workshop in a real town, as opposed to a computer in a massive anonymous dispatch warehouse feels good to me.
Your site made it pretty clear what I wanted, and the ordering process was painless, so I have no reservations about doing it again.

Unlike other "A to Z" online sellers "WE" answer our phones and specialize in ONLY Outdoor Power Equipment parts sales.

We are determined to provide customers with the best phone sales possible. While we offer 24/7 self service sales via our online parts sales, we don't mind helping with the proper parts identification and phone service, when we can.
When you call us, you have "the parts department" on the phone. During our busy season, please be patient if you are put on hold. We serve many cusotmers daily.
Our normal day starts around 8:30 a.m. central time zone. The best time to call is between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m..

Established in July 2000-
Our company began as a local service center for manufacturers of Outdoor Power Equipment, with 2 employees, 1000 square feet of work space, and no computers. We primarily focused on Generator and Pressure Washer repairs and service. We soon expanded to other outdoor products to include Lawn Mowers, Air Compressors, and much more.
In 2001 our website began!
We had no shopping cart system.
We sold parts over our counter, on the phone, and via email. You had to visit us in person, call us, send us an email to inquire about parts you needed, get pricing, shipping arrangements, and complete the necessary steps to provide you with the parts you needed. We eventually discovered a shopping system with Pay Pal that would work for us "FREE".
Between 2001 and beyond we built our service and parts departments serving many Big Box Stores, Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot stores all across Arkansas, performing the service on customer returns and warranty service while growing our online parts sales. We entered the whole goods business selling generators to Hurricane and local storm victims. We entered the Zero Turn mower business selling Dixie Chopper mowers, Grasshopper mowers, Big Dog mowers and several others.
2008 Housing market Crash-
We survived the 2008 housing market crash when lenders stopped loaning money for larger whole good products we were selling. We survived by being flexible enough to focus on the needs of many people now in the "do it yourself" market now forced to repair what they already had.
In 2016 we departed from the Pay Pal FREE services. We quickly outgrew their system and now are with Shopify and our business has exploded since we established the relationship with them.
Now in 2023-
We are transitioning our long established website to serving our customers Exclusively with our online Shopify Store.
We service the globe with parts sales for all types of equipment.
On March 31, 2023 Arkansas experienced a Tornado with extensive damages in our area. The damages included our shipping facility. That was a Friday and within 2 days we relocated our shipping facility to a temporary location.
The pictures below represent our light weight fast pack items that when ordered go out the same or next business day.
Most of our heavier orders we make arrangements to drop ship from our manufacturing partners and other networking distribution warehouses located across the country.
