RETURN REQUEST AND
RETURN POLICY
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
If you send any item back without the proper documentation and an RGA number issued by us placed on the outside of your package, your package will be refused and returned to you. If you choose not to comply with our RGA process and refuse a delivery or return a delivery, AND if for any reason we do accept your return ( without an RGA NUMBER ), we will do so with a 50 percent restocking fee.
WE DO ALLOW FOR CERTAIN RETURNS,
BUT NOT EVERYTHING IS RETURNABLE.

- NO RETURNS ON ENGINES OR SHORTBLOCKS
- We do not allow for returns or cancellations on special order items

- NO RETURNS ON HYDRAULIC PUMPS
- NO RETURNS ON PRESSURE WASHER PUMPS
- NO RETURNS ON HYDRAULIC WHEEL MOTORS
- NO RETURNS ON TRANSMISSIONS, TRANSAXLES, ETC.
- NO RETURNS ON AIR COMPRESSOR PUMPS
- NO RETURNS ON FLUIDS SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO OILS.
- NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS **
- NO RETURNS ON "LAST ONE" OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS
- NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS *
- NO RETURNS ON GASKETS, O-RINGS, SEALANTS, AND OTHER SEALS
- NO RETURNS ON PARTS THAT WERE INSTALLED
- NO RETURNS ON AIR FILTERS ELEMENTS OR PRECLEANERS
- NO RETURNS ON FUEL FILTERS OR OTHER SIMILAR FILTERS
- IF WE DO PERMIT THE RETURN OF ANY ITEM FOR WARRANTY PURPOSES WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONIES UNTIL WE RECEIVE WARRANTY REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER. IF THE CUSTOMER STILL NEEDS THE ITEM, PRIOR TO OUR REIMBURSEMENT, THE CUSTOMER MUST PURCHASE THE REPLACEMENT ITEM OR WAIT UNTIL OUR REIMBURSEMENT OCCURS WE WILL THEN SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ANY MONEY DUE THE CUSTOMER.
- * Exceptions- If and in case of customer error, and "if' we agree to allow for parts to be returned that otherwise would would not be permitted to be returned (same listed above), then a 20 percent restocking fee will be applied. All other fees previously mentioned that are non refundable will remain NON REFUNDABLE.

- YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW.
- NO RETURNS WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER
- NO RETURNS FROM INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES FOR ANY REASON
- NO RETURNS 30 DAYS PAST INVOICE DATE
- WE WILL NOT REFUND DELIVERY CHARGES
- IF FREE DELIVERY WAS OFFERED FOR THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION,YOU WILL BE CHARGED WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES.
- IF THE PART YOU ORDERED DID NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM YOU KEEP THE PART. WE DO NOT PERMIT CUSTOMERS TO "TRY" PARTS.
- IF YOU MISIDENTIFIED THE PART, THE PART IS NOT RETURNBLE.
- IF WE AGREE TO ALLOW A RETURN AND WE SEE EVIDENCE OF INSTALLATION AND OR USE, WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY PAYMENT.
- 15 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES.
- 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE IF ITEM IS A SPECIAL ORDER ITEM AND WE APPROVE THE RETURN.
- If you ordered the wrong item you must buy the correct part or item prior to our issuing an RGA number. If you chose not to order the correct part, and your return is approved, we will apply a 20 percent restocking fee on that item along with any and all other fees previously mentioned here within.
- IN ADDITION TO THE RESTOCKING FEES, WE WILL RECOVER TO OUR BENIFIT ANY BANKING OR 3RD PARTY TRANSACTION FEES WICH WE HAVE BEEN OR WILL BE CHARGED.
- ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNOPENED.
- IF WE APPROVE THE RETURN OF YOUR ITEMS THEY MUST ARRIVE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF OUR ISSUING AN RGA. ONCE YOUR RGA EXPIRES, IF YOU DESIRE A NEW RGA, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDED 10 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL RESTOCKING FEE.
- IF YOU SEND AN ITEM BACK TO US FREIGHT COLLECT, WE WILL REFUSE THE DELIVERY.
- YOU MUST PAY FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO US
- IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT OUR APPROVAL, WE WILL REFUSE THE DELIVERY AND IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
COMPLETE OUR RGA FORM IF YOU ARE WANTING TO RETURN PRODUCTS NOT RESTRICTED BY THE TERMS ABOVE.
